| Recruitment Policy And Procedure |
The Blacksheep is an "invite only" squad.
The following has been approved and will now be our recruitment procedures.
1) Any applicant's whom apply for membership into BSS must have a sponsor, meaning of course an Active BSS member in good standing. This must be a requirement prior to applying. Remember, sponsorship is a mandated requirement.
2) BSS member requesting considering a certain player must submit such request in writing to The Sheep’s Pen Recruitment section.
3) Pending approval by command, Sponsor will instruct applicant to complete all fields of the application. The recruiter then submits request to Command for discussion and vote. Vote must be a majority. If Command does not vote to move request through to membership, request is considered denied. Sponsor will notify applicant.
4) If vote is majority "yes" in Command, a vote will be posted in BSS forum for not less than 1 week for BSS members to vote. 1 vote per member. Majority of votes rules. If vote is "no", sponsor will notify applicant. If vote is "yes", Sponsor will notify applicant.
5) All applicants will wear Recruit tags for not less than 1 month. An informal poll of active players and decision by Command will determine when the training tags can change to full BSS tags. Member of Command will notify trainee.
6) If any player considered is a current member of another squad, or recently has left another squad, Command will require a written explanation of how and why the applicant left, or wishes to leave. Also, Command may contact that squad to discuss the potential BBS membership, as well as any potential conflicts. In the event this applicant is accepted into BSS, the timeframe of training tags will be decided by Command on a case-by-case basis. (This will apply mainly to someone coming from an ally squad.)
7) Any member who does not live up to expectations of BSS (attitude in game and TS, not playing ability or amount of play) can be removed from BSS by majority vote of Command. It is suggested that an informal poll of members be considered. (Command is to make every possible effort to remedy situation BEFORE it gets to this point. There MUST be proof of how player is a detriment to BSS before any action will be taken)
NOTE: anyone considered for membership in BSS MUST play with BSS members in our server or other servers that BSS plays in, and join us on TS, for a time to be determined by Command. This time may vary from applicant to applicant.

All members serve at the pleasure of the Black Sheep Squad in addition to it’s owner, Sgt. Baker. Owner can terminate any player for any reason with or without just cause at anytime he so deems. Period. |
